Need a separate company workspace? Register company. If you already belong to a company but do not have a password yet, ask that company admin to send a setup or reset email from Users or Organization. If sign-in fails on the cloud URL, the other common cause is the Cloud Run domain not being listed in Firebase authorized domains yet.
